WeTransfer generated significant revenue growth in France by developing and implementing its successful go-to-market strategy together with weGrow.
In that moment the main objective was to make France the fastest-growing market for WeTransfer by monetising the French user base through advertising possibilities for brands to inspire the WeTransfer creative community.
The challenging part, however, was that France has been one of the biggest markets in terms of users for years, however there was no real traction. A strategy capturing the potential in the market and the French culture needed to be developed, without a local office.
